Before you begin taking ASDA Survey, Here are some terms and conditions mentioned below that you need to go through, then you will be eligible for taking part in the ASDA Guest Satisfaction Survey.
- Employees of ASDA cannot participate in the survey.
- You cannot transfer your prize to any other person.
- Winners are responsible for paying taxes.
- You have to complete the survey within 28 days of the purchase.
- The survey is held every month.
- The participant must have a computer, laptop, or mobile with a reliable internet connection.
- Incomplete entries would not be accepted.
- Maximum one entry per household per prize draw in each month.
- The prize would be paid via PayPal.
- The prize is non-refundable.
- You cannot exchange the prize for cash.
- The winner will be drawn from all the valid entries received by the closing date on the fifth working day of each month.
- Email would be sent to the winner within 10 working days after the draw.
- You must claim the prize within 10 days of the initial notification.
- If the prizes are not claimed within 10 days, there would be a re-draw.
- Non-winning entries are not transferred to the next drawing period.
- The prize is given in the form of a cheque.
- A single participant can do 2 entries per month.
